1936 Ford 3 window coupe built by a true Hot Rodder over a 25 year span from the ground up. Finished in 2014 and has just over 21,500 miles since completion and still showing in excellent condition.

All Steel body with the exception of the rear fenders which are high quality fiberglass. The project started in the early 90’s and there is a picture book showing the original stock car and the amazing build process over the years. 3″ chop that was leaded in , the old school way. Other Body mods include Louvered hood, shaved handles with mechanical door and trunk openers that work perfectly and are well hidden, shortened rear bumper bracket and gravel pans, recessed license plate, and a custom sunroof in place of the factory roof insert. Paint is 2 Tone with a darker red below the beltline. Fully sanded and buffed to a mirror finish. Excellent panel fitment and very straight. Jambs and under hood is as nicely finished as the exterior. Some very minor road rash up front from the 21k miles traveled but you really have to look close. this car still remains in outstanding condition.

Powered by a 1972 360 LA Chrysler small block fully dressed with Offenhauser intake, finned valve covers, electronic ignition, and Edelbrock Carburetor. Cooled by a top of the line heavy duty Griffen radiator. Backed by a 727 Torqflight with high capacity cooling pan. Rear differential is an 8-3/4 with a 271 gear for highway cruising at a comfortable RPM. Has a complete front Independent suspension with Disc Brakes and Power rack and Pinion Steering. rear suspension has a parallel Leaf setup with Fox Shocks.

Interior was custom built by ‘Portage Trim” of Ravenna Ohio.  The beautiful wood Dash insert was hand built by “Wabbits Woodworks.” Bucket seats were sourced from a 1998 Jeep Wagoneer and modified. Excellent fit, finish, and design  throughout in “Teak Allante” Tan. Only mentionable wear is on the drivers floormat. Trunk finished to match interior. Custom sunroof flips up manually. Power windows work great and fast. Dashboard has a gear indicator. Vintage Air AC  is located behind the seats. The Panasonic stereo has custom built in speakers. The custom wiper system works great and utilizes 48 ford wiper towers and a VW electric motor.

Hands down the coolest model Ford produced in 1936 and the most desired by Hot Rodders. Wonderful Driving car that looks even better, turn Key and ready to go. New tires were installed last month and an oil service was just performed. Turn Key ready to go!
