2003 Pontiac Vibe GXP. Built by General Motors as a show car and possible Prototype for a GXP version of the Vibe that never materialized. One of one made with only 2255 miles since new and is still in showroom condition. Powered by a supercharged 1.8-liter 16-valve DOHC L4 engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Equipped with performance-tuned suspension components, front and rear dampers, front and rear stabilizer bars, larger-diameter high-performance front and rear disc brakes with heat-resistant ceramic-coated calipers, production-based performance exhaust system and 18-inch forged-aluminum wheels wrapped with speed-rated tires. Finished in a GXP-specific shadow black tri-coat paint scheme with GXP-specified performance series badging, GXP-specific front and rear fascia’s, fog lamps, rocker panel extensions and rear deck spoiler. The pearlized grey leather interior features suede-like fabric inserts, metal-look interior trim bezels and GXP-specific aluminum design foot pedal covers.
Because this was a factory Show Car it was sold with a “Scrap Title” from GM that cannot be used to register the car for road use in the United States. Still titled in General Motors name.
